Understanding yourself in intimacy, sexuality and relationships — beyond inherited norms. Because you don’t need to fit into a box to belong.
Most of us were taught
how relationships should look like.
What love should be.
What commitment should mean.
What is “normal”.
And for some people, that works.
But for many, it doesn’t.
I am here for those who feel that something doesn’t fully fit
and want to understand themselves enough to find a way that does.
You might wonder…
-
– emotional and relational patterns
– attachment and past influences
– intimacy, desire and connection to your body
– sexuality, kink and non-traditional dynamics
-
– clarity about your patterns and behaviors
– more confidence in how you relate and communicate
– stronger boundaries and self-trust
– deeper, more honest and more stable connections
-
– individuals who want to understand themselves more deeply
– people navigating dating or relationship challenges
– those exploring non-monogamy, polyamory or alternative dynamics
– people who feel traditional models don’t fully fit
-
– people looking for quick fixes or rigid frameworks
– those unwilling to look at their own patterns
– crisis therapy or acute psychological treatment

Your Sex & Relationship Coach
I didn’t come to this work from theory — I came to it through my own experience.
There was a time where parts of how I felt, related and desired seemed confusing or wrong. Learning to understand myself — beyond what I had been taught — changed the way I relate to myself and to others.
Through exploring non-traditional relationship dynamics, sexuality and personal patterns in my own life, I came to understand how complex and nuanced these paths can be — and how much support they often require.
That’s what led me here.
I support people in understanding themselves more deeply — so they can find their own way of relating, whether that fits within traditional structures or goes beyond them.
You don’t have to choose between being yourself and belonging.
How I work:
My work combines conversation with experiential, real-time exploration.
We don’t just talk about your patterns — we work with them as they show up.
I’m trained in the Somatica® Method, focused on emotional awareness, embodiment and authentic connection.
Sessions are collaborative, direct and tailored to you.
This is not about following a different set of rules.
Because there is no single “right way” to do relationships.
Not monogamy.
Not non-monogamy.
Not any label.
This work is about understanding YOU —
so you can make choices that are aligned with your life, not just expectations.

Sessions are conversational, but also experiential.
